TownePlace Suites by Marriott Springfield

Located right off Sunshine across from Mercy Hospital. The location is perfect. The staff were very friendly and inviting. The room was clean and smelled really good. We had the King Studio equipped with a small kitchen (2 stove burner, sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, plates etc) The room was cozy and functional. I appreciated the work space and the fact the water got really hot in the bathroom. Checkout was at 12pm. Breakfast included oatmeal with fixings, waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, juices etc.. overall we had a nice and comfortable stay.

We came into town for an emergency and was at the hospital across the street. It was very late, past midnight and we needed a place to sleep for the night. Richard at the front desk was VERY accommodating. He found us a room at a great rate and was very sympathetic to our situation. The room was clean and just right for what we needed. If need be, we would stay here again.

The staff here have been so pleasant. My mom has been in and out of the hospital for a month and I’ve been traveling 5.5+ hours to Springfield staying at this hotel with the hospital discount rate. The rooms are clean, spacious, great breakfast offerings, coffee, convenience of location, and just overall has felt so comfortable during such a heavy time. Thank you, you’re all wonderful.

This actually was a great stay for my family and the front desk was efficient and very friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh and well maintained. Eggs were actually eggs and not powdered eggs, rooms were clean and perfect for us. I appreciate the front desk doing their job. People do not understand how difficult it can be.

We stayed here for a night on our way back from Christmas, it was me, my wife and my 3 and 1/2-year-old. We stayed in the one bed King studio room. The bed was excellent as always. With Marriott, the refrigerator was very handy for all of our food. The staff was very accommodating, getting us extra hot water after the breakfast had closed. People were very friendly and talked to us and seemed genuinely interested in where we were coming from. The room. Got a four out of five, because there were two spots of pink mold and one spot of black mold in the tub. The workout room and swimming pool are very nice. Breakfast was fine, typical of other Marriott locations such as Fairfield inn& suites.

Very convenient location in Springfield as well as great rooms and service. Morning breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast food selection. And they don't charge a parking fee like the Residence Inn does.

They have special discount is you have a family person in the Mercy hospital. We stay for 1 week and they was very nice with us. They have a nice and delicios breakfast incluide... and they have a bar open in the afternoon. They have pool and gym... the beds are very comfortable and the rooms have minifrige and microwave.

We stayed here for one night. We mainly chose this location for the EV chargers that were available as we were driving my Tesla. The location was great being across the street from a Walgreens so it was convenient to get snacks and small items that we forgot to pack. For the EV chargers, they were Tesla NACS level 2 connections. There were three or them on the backside of the building and the cables were super long. They charge 30 cents per KWH, but I made the reservation using the EV charger rate. So at the end of the stay, I went to the front desk and showed the guy my charging receipts in the Tesla app and he credited me for them. The rooms were good enough and neat. I would stay here again if only for the EV charger availability and being so close to a Walgreens.
